You can ask us to permanently delete your Darzi OS account and all the data associated with it. Fill in the form below (it opens a pre-filled email to our team), or contact us directly — we’ll verify your request and complete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- All cloud-stored business data: orders, customers, measurements, workers, accounting records, and inventory.
- Your shop settings and any saved preferences.
What you should know
- This is permanent — deleted data cannot be recovered. Export a backup first (Settings → Data & backup) if you want to keep a copy.
- On-device data: data saved locally on your phone or PC is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. for tax), but these are not used for any other purpose.
